These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the FloorIQ app for iPhone and Apple Watch (the "App") and the flooriqapp.com website. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License (EULA)

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to use the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which is incorporated into these Terms. These Terms add details specific to FloorIQ. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.

2. Free and premium features

The App can be downloaded for free and includes a limited set of games and daily practice limits. Premium access unlocks all games and removes those limits. The features included in each plan are described in the App and may change as the App is updated.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium access is available as the following in-app purchases. Prices shown are in U.S. dollars; the price in your country and currency is displayed in the App and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase, and may include applicable taxes.

• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) at any time after purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Free trial. Where offered (for example, a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan for eligible new subscribers), the trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Price changes. If a subscription price changes, Apple will notify you in advance as required, and where required you will be asked to agree before the new price applies.
• Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly.
• Restoring purchases. If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the App's Settings while signed in with the same Apple ID.

4. Educational use only; not financial advice

FloorIQ is an educational training tool for practicing mental math, probability and market-making concepts of the kind discussed in trading and quantitative finance interviews. All markets, prices, trades, P&L, "bets" and odds in the App are simulated. No real money is wagered or traded, and nothing can be won.

Nothing in the App or on the website is investment, financial, legal, tax or career advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or other instrument. Using FloorIQ does not guarantee any interview result, job offer or trading performance. Readiness scores and statistics are practice indicators only.

5. No affiliation

FloorIQ is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading firm, bank, university, exchange or other company whose name may appear in the App or on the website. Any such names are used only to describe the subject matter, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Content and acceptable use

The App's games, questions, explanations, text, graphics and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial practice. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publish the App's content (including brain teasers and solutions), or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law or the Standard EULA.

7. Accuracy

We work to keep problems and solutions correct, but content may contain errors. If you find one, please tell us at [email protected].

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", and our liability is limited as described in the Standard EULA. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. In short: the App does not collect personal data.
